Hi, I’m Jack Diaz, the founder and craftsman behind JAXWOODWORX. What started in 2019 as a project making squirrel picnic tables quickly evolved into a deep passion for fine woodworking. The moment I crafted my first cutting board, I fell in love with the process—the natural grain, the precision, and the art of bringing wood to life.

Years of refining my technique and obsessing over the details have led to the premium boards I create today. I take immense pride in my work. Nothing leaves my shop unless it meets the highest standards of quality, and I am proud to say I made it.
